A German Apple blog site iFun reports that Apple might release iOS 6.1.2 next week. There have been no official announcements as such.
Apple almost always simply releases these patches and then announces about it. But according to 9to5mac, iFun had previously, accurately predicted the release of 6.1.1 based on the information provided by the same source.
iOS 6.1.1 was only released to iPhone 4s users to fix the cellular network related issues, which appears to be have been fixed for some. But some of them are now complaining issues regarding their battery which draining rather quickly after updating their iOS.

Apart from the above mentioned issues, another fix iOS 6.1.2 will be providing is for the security flaw which bypasses the lock screen and allows anyone to access your phones certain features, which is a rather serious issue. But Apple confirms that they are taking this particular issue very seriously and will deliver the patch for it in their next update.
